Oh my goodness, yes! I don't know that I'd go so far as to call Third Rail underrated. It is certainly well-regarded by those who know it. But I do feel like it's a bit under the radar for an early 80s record that ages so beautifully. And I'll have to check out that Bandsplain. Thank you Ninamal6!
